The Stock Market Game is very easy to implement and does not require an investing background to use. If you would like some additional help getting started, please feel free to join us at one of our workshops or webinars.
As a service to our teachers and other interested participants, we have made available 3-Week promotional sessions throughout the fall and spring academic year. Please check the GAME DATES page on the Stock Market Game website for these special promotional sessions.
SMG-AZ offers two forms of training
Regardless of the platform chosen, the SMG-AZ staff will explain the program, the online website, and basic stock market information.
Webinar training: teachers will receive a tour of the SMG website; visit the teacher resource center and view sample portfolios; learn about and view the various tools available; obtain assistance in identifying and using the curriculum resources available; have the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate answers after the presentation. All you will need to do is have a computer with internet access and a telephone. Webinars are very easy to use and mix phone conferencing with live web based interaction and will be helpful for new or inexperienced advisors.

Workshop training is designed for those who want more instruction and prefer a classroom setting. We offer basic and advanced classes throughout the year.
